We're so confident you will love your EnerGel energized water product that we'll let you try it risk-free for 30 days!

Within 30 days, if you're not completely satisfied by the benefits you're enjoying with your energized water product, you can return it to us for a full refund (minus the shipping cost if you received free shipping on your original order).

Return Instructions

If you decide not to keep your EnerGel energized water product or counter top water filter, simply return it within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price. We must receive the product within 30 days from the date of purchase.

• Return the product in its original condition and packaging, including the free informational CD in its original jacket if this was an initial order.
• Return original receipt.
• Write the reason for the return on the back of the original receipt.
• Make a copy of the receipt for your records.
• For your safety, ship the package (at your cost) using a trackable method. EnerGel All Natural Products cannot be responsible for items lost by your shipper.

EnerGel All Natural Products reserves the right to refuse to refund all or part of the purchase price should the above return requirements not be met.

90-Day Manufacturer's Guarantee

Should you find that your energized water product has a manufacturer's defect, you can return it directly to the manufacturer within 90 days from the date of purchase for replacement.

• Prior authorization for ALL returns is required.
• You must include a copy of the original receipt showing the date of purchase.
• You must include a check or money order for shipping and handling.

Products found to be damaged due to misuse or returned beyond the 90-day period will be replaced at manufacturer's discretion for a nominal charge plus shipping and handling.
